Order Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time for your order is calculated as follows:
Processing time + Shipping time = 7-15 business days.

Account Creation
Creating an account is not required to purchase products from us.

Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at support@hoco.club before the item is dispatched. Please note that once the item has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

Order Status Tracking
Once you place your order with HOCO, you will receive an email confirmation. Most orders are shipped on the next business day, though some may take a few extra days, especially if an item is out of stock. If you haven't received your item within 2 to 4 weeks, we will send you an email update. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please contact us at support@hoco.club. You will also be notified via email when your item(s) have been shipped.

Credit Card Information Storage
We do not store any customer credit card information. We utilize the Stripe payment gateway for secure transactions.

Sales Tax Payment
The sales price includes the applicable sales tax, so you don't need to worry about it separately.

Shipping Availability
Currently, we offer shipping to the following countries:

UK
Canada
Germany
Australia
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other countries at this time.

Packaging of Items
In most cases, your items will be packaged together. However, if you purchase more than 2 items, we may ship them in multiple packages.

Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days, providing your name, order number, and reason for return. We will assist you in obtaining a Return Authorization Number.

Receiving the Wrong Item
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days, providing your name, order number, and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and cover the shipping costs associated with the return. You will not incur any additional fees.

Damaged Order Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace part or all of the damaged item(s) at no cost to you. You will not be charged any additional fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address Entry
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you notice that the shipping address is incorrect, please email us before the item is dispatched, and we will make the correction for you.

Order Modification or Cancellation
You can modify or cancel your order as long as the package has not been shipped. Once the package has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Pre-ordering Sold-Out Items
Yes, you can pre-order sold-out items. However, once the items are back in stock, the regular order processing and shipping times will apply.
